    Well this is what happens when you do barely any training in July and then spend August trying to get some fitness back. Very low load=super fresh, high acute load=poor freshness. Finally getting back to my 'normal' training load pre-July

    Gute Erwägung! Bei mir nutze ich es nur noch um bei die Daten automatisch auslesen zu können, da ich dadurch dan VO2max usw. auswerten kann. Geht leider nur über diesen Weg :(

    This data from 64 years old paraplegic is not quite realistic. Assessment is being done with not ultra-short recordings as might be greater in wheelchair users due to chair-bed transfer after emptying bladder. I suggest looking for solutions. Thx
