    There are plenty of other nations with healthier populations that put out dietary guidelines. We do have a choice. Better yet do your own research so you can make good choices.

    I was literally forced into being a vegan for a month in India in 2016. Back in Australia, reintroduced the normal diet. Felt terrible, I had no idea why. I’ve now embrassed the vegan diet for the past 6 months and feel wonderful.
