    Our school admin started Workshop Wednesdays. Teachers who have a skill, lesson, etc to share is given a sub for the day, and teaches the other teachers all day during their preps. It's nice to see that admin believe in their staff and value their skills.

    A2: I've been reading "Instructional Rounds" and there is a big focus on creating a theory of action to guide a plan. Stick with the challenging plan as long as it has not falsified the theory of action!
