    excellent e.g. of the problem: gvt puts org on extremist list; police uses to connect individual to that org and thus to list. individual privacy is obviously relevant for claiming redress, but group privacy is the class of problem. *Privacy plus*

    soooo many research proposers asking for support who want to do computational work on social media from dev world - I point out says this is broadly illegal for reasons but haven't had a response yet from anyone.
