    A friendly reminder that “made on the same equipment as wheat” is a voluntary statement. The absence of this statement does not mean that the item is made on dedicated equipment. Yeah, our labeling laws suck.

    Just because it's gluten-free doesn't mean it's necessarily good for you. Gluten-free is quite the Buzz word these days, and although is bad for your system it's just only one part of eating well
