    The ABC test doesn’t make any distinction between a mis-classified worker and someone who CHOOSES to freelance, and that’s why enacting it will destroy freelance careers.

    Exactly! They think we're lying or delusional. I get it, some companies are ripping people off by calling them contractors. But most contracts are just that: legitimate and happy sole proprietors.

    On this , I got my kids off to school, took the late bootcamp class with a few of my best friends, and I *might* be working in my PJs right now. (And I'll be able to sneak out for 20 min. to pick my daughter up from school.)
