    When was the last time you checked in with yourself? On chaotic days, I know how easy it can be for us to default to autopilot w/o taking a moment to observe our mental states.

  7. I always love cracking open a fortune cookie. It’s reminiscent of my childhood and makes me smile. This was my fortune and how apt. I’m taking five minutes to just chill out with a lovely cup of green tea. What will you do to invest in yourself today?

    My morning commute at 5am. Life didn’t have to be more complicated than my little cold nose, the colours of the sky waking up and the crunch of leaves under my feet.
