    A company wanted me to quote on a large script. It's the Asterisk stock prompts. I pointed out that I have voiced these prompts many times over since 2002 and that they're readily available for free. Why am I so honest? I guess I hate piles of this stuff.

    I strongly object to “chaplaincy funding” in schools. Little or none will be non-denominational, teaching children what values ALL FAITHS SHARE. Worse, it takes funds from professional counselling services, support for families, and - needed for every child, everywhere.

    Lately, I've been thinking of as a maturity model where we name our vision of the world and outline the evolution our practices must follow to achieve that vision. For example, how can we go beyond extractive "do no harm" to produce research that "heals"?
