    How do you immobilize wiggly samples for imaging? Check out this hydrogel method from Burnett et al., It's inexpensive, easy, doesn't require paralytics and keeps the sample happy for hours. We tried it at , it worked well in our hands!

  7. After a few extra weeks of clearing they are looking much better! (Turtle, bat, chameleon, whiptail lizard). Thanks again to Richard and Paul Trainor for providing us with these gorgeous embryos!
