    Hey how many laws are being violated with this checkbox on check-in feature on their web site? Is this technically allowed by law? I can't see this being OK in Europe. (Obviously, to fix this, all they have to do is make it two different checkboxes.)

    The 'fold' in email is really contextual to device and client - I'd anything that you have to scroll for is 'below the fold', imo
