    Luckily I was able to get our branch's one copy for my mom from work today. Otherwise, she'd have to wait until the end of March at the earliest to get the ebook through Overdrive due to Macmillan's flagrant greed.

  7. Last week, driving with my boss, and she was super excited about the new JD Robb coming out today. Today, she had the epiphany that it was a Macmillan title and she didn't buy it. That's the kind of activism I like.

    is a lovely speaker who supports libraries. Not only r her eBooks avail. for libs to buy; not only r they OneCopy/OneUser instead of Metered Access; & not only r they extremely reasonably-priced-- they r on sale! So glad I can buy more for our readers!
