    No great time to have kids during training. Really important to find a supportive environment (which can be difficult for some). Having a baby is hard enough as it is, even in a completely supportive environment.

    I think it’s particularly hard if you attend a university w/o an affiliated . How are you supposed to know if the career is for you and if you’ve never met one. Makes it particularly hard when interviewers ask how you want your time split l8r on.
