    If you have a health or fitness New Year's resolution, don't let anyone give you grief about it. Not long ago, I had similar goals. A lot of progress can be made by sticking to a consistent schedule for even a couple of months. My gym is tiny; you don't need a lot.

    I'm not exactly where I want to be, but after a month of eating better and a few weeks at the gym, I'm already feeling better in my own skin....today I try a TRX workout for the first time. Wish me luck.

    You know what’s better then running in the rain? Running in the snow!

  10. So at this point I’ve done two machines that track and then 3 sets of 15 reps on... 4? Arm machines. 5 I think. Technically 5 one does two positions I guess. But yeah. So 3 more non screen machines a good stretch 2 more rounds of cardio and I’m out woot!
