    I don't want personalisation, so I click on "Manage options". I then go into a rabbit hole of tiny CTAs to get to something unclear. I should have had on my first page as "turn personalisation off" and that's it.

    Personalisation data are one of those data type that you should be able to turn off.
    You have then to click the smallest "Manage" CTA
    Then you need to click the first "show" CTA
    I then scroll down and they are all de-selected. So which data are you ACTUALLY taking but not sharing? Unclear

    Wow, just tried reporting a Twitter account for hate speech for the first time. Never knew that the whole UX was so obviously designed discourage users from reporting. Intimidating copy, long lists with very narrow categories...
