    Zumba Step! Adding an aerobic stepper in with dance moves allows for more complex movement! Ss enjoyed the challenge!

    Day 3 5am LO wake up, a SAHM day (no lunch break to utilise) & evening busy so today was unexpectedly tough. Only day 3 🙈 Did a 1/2hr Shemaroo video from . It amused the smalls briefly, not sure I’ll do it again after Jan.
