    This week I added the medals & memorial plaque of Gunner Thomas Walker Carter to my collection. Thomas died of pneumonia on the 7th Jan 1919 and was buried in the Hadra War Cemetery

    This is not on IWM War Memorial Register. Some (not all) names tally with Cortonwood's outdoor memorial & Wombwell Reform Club Roll of Honour, both of which list men who served & returned. Not all listed on the , so this is a list of all men who served. A NEW list for me!
