    Politicians talk. Leaders act. - For 30 yrs in Congress has talked abt reform. - In less than 3 yrs Trump did it !

    Two important notes: 1. Trump did sign into law 2018's bipartisan First Step Act that modestly addresses reform 2. Trump's party appears to have little interest in addressing root causes of our criminal justice failures.
