    I had the worst panic attack I’ve ever had & stupidly ended up with an🚑I’ve since been getting anxiety about having another attack. My DBT 1:1 suggested I make myself something to help. It looks crap & pathetic...but any excuse to laminate!

    Yesterday was such a good day, planning Book Club with & then treating myself to a nice hotel room with an amazing view. I was so relaxed for my biopsy this morning & came home and took a 4 hour nap!
