    America is the only high income country where getting back to normal after a pandemic means the shootings of innocent Americans resume in places where they should be safe - like a fucking grocery store. Thinking of my friends and family in Boulder and hoping they’re ok.

    Colorado tenants deserve fundamental due process and basic protections to keep them housed. SB21-173 will create housing policy that is reliable & transparent, while also holding landlords accountable for unlawful actions.

    After hours of inflammatory and prejudicious "debate" from my GOP colleagues, the House has PASSED my bill to make straightforward changes to our laws to prevent the discrimination of trans Coloradans. We won't let bigotry win. Happy !
