    Between 1900 & 1970, we know CO2 levels were rising. Yet at most rural Australian locations, not effected by UHI, temperatures were falling by up to 1°C immune to CO2 greenhouse effect. What did CSIRO do? They cooled the past to make it look like warming is happening.
