    Add it up: methane from leaks at wells & pipelines; plus loss of sequestering from cutting down forests; plus methane & CO2 from flooding, LNG production & shipping. When costs of to produce # LNG are added burning LNG is worse than coal.

    Energy independence is important for our national security. The good news is we are 100% energy independent and have so much surplus that we are net exporters by triple what we use. We can stop subsidizing fossil fuels now & focus on growing clean renewable energy only.
