    My son (6) & I discussed being sad & that it’s ok for boys to cry too It shows a braver more courageous man displaying raw honesty & heartfelt emotions Don’t use ‘man up’ ‘get over it’ nor ‘don’t cry like a girl’ But use ‘it’s ok to be sad’
