    Reminder: when is running about like Chicken Little over the 2019 carbon tax, it doesn't apply to BC, AB or QC. That's 48% of Canadians who will see no increase from JT's tax. Scheer keeps forgetting that. The guy who wants to be PM forgets about 48%.
