    Here's consistency. Lot's of biohacking for me. Oh, the hubris of youth & a degree. I am not , but I am lot's of meat. 1 - 1.3 lb meat, 4 - 6 oz salmon, 4 eggs, bacon. Carbs determined via glucose meter. ~ 150 g/day training days, <=100 g other days 1d/wk Interm. fast

    Question for you: "Why do scientific reports/consensus matter?" There are no gatekeepers to learning about & trying . People can say: "This may be useful; I'll try it for a month". If it works, they've improved their lives. If it doesn't, they haven't lost anything.

  12. I'm on day 18 of but I have to admit that the stress with the dog's surgery has caused me to eat a few baker's chocolate squares and drink some Diet Coke. I know, I know- not too big of a deal, considering in a past life the past two days would have included 12 twix.
