    What’s Missing from this Picture???? Correct any body working on it. dig the hole nearly a month ago. has 2 bridges over the river dart. This has got half of 1 severely hampered. It’s making the town’s congestion far worse. Why?

    Not happy with . First it took 3 months to book a Service (making Annual Service 15 Months) Then Engineer rings on afternoon of appointment to say he would not be able to attend but could do two days later, then did not turn up to that either.

    British Gas's Payzone con left a disabled person without power. Thanks to for telling me her awful story in relation to BG switch to Payzone for meter top-ups. So many affected by this. Please read/share

    Had no heating / hot water for 11 days waiting for boiler installation today and 12pm and no one has shown up. Please help! Cant get through on the phone and may die if I have to spend another day without heat or water!!!!

    changing from PayPoint to Payzone when the shops within 15 miles of me don’t actually support the prepayment cards yet is an absolute shambles. Sitting with zero gas and no way to get it..
