    Read this entire thread! Iirc Columbus (def Ohio) is where two separate back handcuffed children committed suicide in police cars with hidden weapons.

    Police officer Andrew Mitchell was just indicted on federal charges of raping & kidnapping women. When asked why they had not reported the incidents, the women consistently responded that they could not “report it to the police because it was the police.”
