My daughter's pregnancy. I'm not kidding. She lives in IA, & we just realized that when she gets a migraine, I get a migraine. I haven't had them in years & she is just now having them. It's bizarre. 4 mos to go! *sigh* The things we do for our children!

A4 My weekends are my me-time moments. I will put things on pause, kick back and do nothing if need be. Having time to myself is my way of hitting the reset button and regaining energy for any battles ahead

I had to add therapist because after I experienced 4 days with flashbacks in a row in January and I knew that I no longer could do it alone

A3 Talking helps. I'm not great at volunteering info, but I've learned to do that more and it genuinely makes a world of difference to lean on someone else's shoulder

A2: Regularly refresh. Read, hang out with family and friends. While laid off we went on a family vacation and it was a brilliant thing to do. Total recharge.

A2a And if I'm really stressed or feeling overwhelmed, I'll sometimes take an overnight trip with my husband and boys. Being in a new location can really help with my mindset shifts and blocks, which is what often leads to my stress.

A1 Probably less than I should! It's pretty easy to get stuck in a rut when I'm stressed. I try to do goo d mental health things though - yoga, journaling, the things that make me feel less stressed.
