A5: Protein bars are the easiest way for me. If I am looking for some variety I also like greek yogurt with berries and granola

A5: Chocolate milk is a safe go-to post run recovery drink. If you want to get a bit fancy, peanut butter, chocolate and banana smoothies are a great way to get protein too.

A5: If I'm at home and settled, love me a protein shake with some carbs if it's been a long run (usually protein powder, banana, maybe PB). If I'm on the go - I do love me a protein bar!

con't.: My former coach recommended this and I loved it! Plus, I these healthy carbs from plants breakdown in a natural way. We tend to over carb load with not the greatest quality carbs.

A4: ........ i thought that point of running was to eat more?? But I do try to stay hydrated and to eat more veggies, protein and healthy carbs. Keep it balanced!

A4: I’m definitely an everything in modern person. Like don’t eat crap all day every day. My philosophy is to eat well most of the time and then eat that cookie or cake or fries occasionally but not the whole darn cake or supersize fries
