Thank you to Berkeley Planning Commissioner , for pointing out in tonight's #berkmtg that Alameda, the only Bay city to receive HCD approval so far, has made major changes in its housing element. Berkeley's HE mainly works to justify that current plans will meet RHNA.

I remember that, and wonder why stopped enforcing traffic regulations there? Isn't there a #berkmtg City Councilmember - maybe - who monitors what's going on in their district? It's inconvenient and a safety hazard.
This is Mark Humbert’s first #berkmtg as a councilmember (bottom center). He and the 3 members who won re-election this fall took their oath of office last week
