    This really demonstrates the problem with the mindset. A lot of people have spent years assuming Depp was the abuser and liar simply because of Heard’s accusations. Now we have fairly convincing evidence that the roles were reversed.

    Yes but she exploited . If something is so easily exploited, it needs to be fixed. For Johnny Depp to be believed, it took audio evidence. For the abuser to be believed it took an unsubstanciated claim. From my point of view, Depp was victimized twice.

    That's why every situation has to be investigated on its own merit. I fully support women but the mindset is just asking for trouble. It gives a green light to manipulative narcissistic women to take advantage of their victims. That audio was horrible. Poor JD.

    We should believe women when they present evidence, but yes, women can lie. The hashtag is so damaging because it encourages a blanket belief in women always, 100%, no matter what. As if women can’t lie, rape, abuse, and harass.
