    This is the world we’ve created for farm animals. One in which they’re viewed as nothing but commodities, not living, feeling beings. 💔 We need to (1) immediately and (2) move away from eating animals. This cruelty is beyond unacceptable.

    Unbelievable - 1,700 cattle 🐮🐮 stuck on two livestock ships 🚢🚢 since December ‼️ Once again, we are seeing the callous and erratic treatment of animals by the live export industry. Animals deserve better.

    It's dreadful. Hope at least Britain will make the decision this year to ban it 🙏 For EU - many issues raised at the conference this morning. Hope these will be given serious attention.

    Disgraceful. All live exports should be banned with immediate effect! No excuse for this level of cruelty.

    A very sad end to this absolute debacle. These young animals have suffered appallingly. If DAFM is serious about their new animal welfare strategy these sea journeys must be stopped. Instead we see new vessels coming on board

    Looks like there's a new player in the field. Livestock vessel Finola is heading for Cork due to arrive on 6th. Isn't that a fine looking vessel, I'm sure the cattle will be delighted to be shipped off to Libya in that thing

    Another livestock vessel is heading to Ireland. The Sarah is due to arrive on 8th. Today 864 bulls will be killed in Spain after spending 2 months at sea. Another vessel full of bulls will face the same fate. Meanwhile it's business as usual in Ireland

    A decision has been made at least for one of the ships to end these poor animals' suffering.

    📢BREAKING! informs the that one of two animal transport vessels stuck at sea due to disease-outbreak has anchored in a Spanish port. All animals on board will be emergency killed. Regulations need to change so this never happens again!

    Can there be a better reason to end live transport. Will the world ever wake up to this cruelty? C’mon world then be kind end the slaughter! Calls for vets to be sent to cattle ships stranded at sea since December

    Spanish government says all cattle on pariah ship should be killed If ever there was a and story of the abuse and suffering of sentient animals due to live transport, this is it One can only imagine their months of hell
