    This is not the first bad customer experience with (epicentrum, Jakarta store). I fail to understand how they sell products without having spare parts in stock which they take more than 1-2 months to procure

    Why doesn’t answer its phone. Waited 36 minutes on hold no answer or declared wait times.

  8. Our last phone call to pleading for help after they messed up account lasted 3 hrs 49 mins! See screen shot part way through that call. Ended up in their hanging up on us!! 45 mins into current call. Corporate torture.

    absolute joke of a company. I can guarantee I will never use you again. Your customer service is shocking. Apparently we have to wait another 72 hours for a response from a manager. Is that 72 hours when we first logged the complaint you ignored or this call?

    Well, I guess since they can’t deliver on their own commitments, they just eliminate a timetable and just say “we’re continuing to look into this” What a joke!!

    Wow. On the phone with about that was cancelled back in November. This is now our 4th call (almost 7 hours)spent on trying to get them to stop billing me to have my husband and I be laughed at by a manager. She didn’t give her name once asked!

    Need help from . Is anyone listening? Been waiting 5 weeks for delivery of treadmill. Delivery thru Ryder has been a disaster--2 tries with the wrong # of men and both times we provided the correct #. You have our $$ now we want the treadmill.
