    There's an even bigger tendency, almost exclusive to social media to cry discrimination and claim victimhood when members of the community attempt to encourage good operating practice. This practice is absolutely devastating to the hobby as the elmers are abandoning it.

    OMG - going through the recordings from CM89 and on the 1804Z AO-91 pass I have managed 10 unique contacts and 4 on top with just one call - . In my defence - both of us initiated 2 each 😂 It was very cold and my brain was frozen 🥶

    Not many QSOs today worked E70T in Bosnia-Herzegovina via QO-100 as I need it confirmed for DXCC/New Grid, worked a few guys on XW-2A and EO-88, barely completed QSOs on the FM sats as ops weren't really listening. Always tomorrow!

    There's a tendency in Twitter and parts of the community at large to create camaraderie by pointing out other's flaws or bad operation habits. It's unhelpful to the hobby because it turns off new people from joining who feel like they are or might be the target of it.
