    I have experienced customer service provided by many organisations. But I have to say, I am very impressed with the customer service given by American Express. It really satisfactory when they respond your queries so nicely & well behaved. :) Awesome

    - Never use Amex, very poor customer service , they make policy to suit them not customers . they are unethical, non transparent & even force you to pay for no feature cards. BE VERY careful with these looters.
