    We have not seen a plan yet to address this problem.

    For weeks, 68-year-old Pat Smith has been eligible to get the COVID-19 vaccine. But her daughter April has not, despite living with Down syndrome, deemed by CDC a "high-risk" condition for COVID complications. via
