    There is no cleanup that endures unless the debt owed to is finally repaid. Nobody would say to the Jewish Holocaust survivors, or their heirs, “yeah, yeah, yeah, I hear u asking to be repaid what was stolen from u, but how about a community cleanup instead!?”
