    3. Why do people meditate? Because, they aren't able to keep their mind from wandering off, while, they are doing something. Every second of the day, can be lived in a meditative state. Just live without letting the mind "wander" off while doing something.

    Our daughter needed a gentle, focused & mindful activity to help her wind down in the evenings. Reading was too stimulating for her imagination. Last night a jigsaw helped a lot! Wish we had thought of it sooner.
