Dr. Aomawa Shields is by far one of the best speakers I have ever met. I understand everything and it makes me so excited to know that we are so close to finding a habitable exoplanet. What determines liquid water stays liquid in the surface? There are so many factors!

Inspired by
@astrocaits courageous talk at#AAS233, I want to share my experiences with harassment, sexism, racism, bullying, & micro (macro) aggressions. Many parallel@astrocaits experiences (& we've never been at the same institution), suggesting these behaviors are common.Prikaži ovu nit -

How can you call something a Handbook when it's so long you need to make it 4 volumes? I DON'T HAVE 4 HANDS!

One of the best things I've seen at
#AAS233 is a Lyot coronagraph demo that Remi Soummer and his students/researchers at STScI put together. It's a compact self-contained optical bench with focal and pupil plane stops and cameras looking at both planes. pic.twitter.com/VwOHWbEsjO
