    Abuse of anyone, NHS staff or otherwise is not OK. We should all take a moment to consider how our actions impact others and act accordingly IMO. Many of my colleagues are suffering regular abuse from patients and the media and this must stop.

    Important thread by Development Director about abusive coaching in sport. Great to see a governing body rightly taking it so seriously and doing all they can to ensure it doesn't happen in the future.

    1/5: I’ve now watched Nowhere to Run by . Complete admiration for those involved in documentary. A horrific story and I’m truly saddened and sickened by this on so many levels. Very emotional as a person who loves our sport but also as someone working in an NGB.

    This is absolutely chilling and the lack of coverage in the media is utterly unacceptable. The same media source that have been stirring up anti-GP feeling over recent months. Examples of abuse are being reported across the UK.

    Horrifying news as one of our GPs suffers skull fracture and practice staff deep lacerations from patient. We are shocked and reaching out to assist practice. What is happening?

    I support this & I support a big fines/criminal records policy for anti-what-have-yous harassing employees of businesses enforcing mask or vaccine mandates. My guess is a wide majority of Canadians would support this also.

    Making it a criminal offence to obstruct access to any building providing health services & an offence to intimidate or threaten healthcare professional carrying out their duties. Includes hospitals, vaccine clinics, testing centres, pharmacies, and abortion clinics.
