    Even though I have been giving presentations for some time I still get nervous and feel a little foolish each time I get up there. My advice to anyone doing it for the first or hundredth time is to get comfortable with being uncomfortable. We all go through it.

  7. And this was routine, btw. Therapy and meds. I've never been admitted. I thought I was doing everything right, and nothing was working. I may not be able to afford therapy right now, but I'm off the stimulants and benzos I was prescribed and I'm happier than ever.

    Some days it is important to let yourself feel what needs to be felt. It is okay to be not okay. It is okay if you are struggling right now. You are not letting anybody down. Don't be afraid to ask for help or admit that you are having a hard time.
