    Aujourd’hui, je pense à EGON TAUBER, né le 22 mai 1916 et cruellement assassiné au KZ Auschwitz le 7 juin 1942. Il fut élève au même Gymnase à que moi.

    Thanks for sharing Daniela The stories from survivors are deeply moving and sadly we lose more of these witnesses every day.

    Some artifacts to consider on International Holocaust Remembrance Day: my father’s ID card and his work card from the Westerbork transit camp. He was 15 at the time.

    Kinda crazy how “never forget” has turned into it’s too problematic to be taught in school. I’ve been feeling the generational trauma in my bones and hear this week.
