    Excited to go see my therapist on . Life is hard and if you need help of any kind ask for it. As a black man we are often taught that feelings make us weak when it is our hearts that is our true source of power.

    is the first mental health day that i have been cleared of all medication and suicidal thoughts since i was about 16. it DOES get better. speak to someone,speak to me 💗

    Through beach cleaning I found a community, a reason to get up, a time to think and peace of mind at a time when chaos was consuming me. Can beach cleaning be good for our mental health? Definitely.
