    I think this (academic migration) is the hardest part of academia. Train for a long time, work hard pre-tenure years, while raising kids in the absence of family. And they wonder why there aren’t more

    Takeaway from tonight: Girls should aspire to a career in coaching or STEM or coding (or something). But why go to college when you can always get a stripper pole and shake your ass?

    I typed "SCIENCE" on Twitter's gif search in order to comment on a retweet. It took me several scrolls to find a gif with a female subject (not a woman, but a cartoon squirrel) that was not fainting at "too much science" (literally).
