  2. A8. I do think our inner circle needs to be a group that levels us up. We hang out with different people, but we can't always let them guide our decisions. Not everyone you know wants to see you succeed.

  8. A10. Verbal communication skills show how much we all can learn. It also shows how well we listen and help others. I have found and have helped me to improve my verbal communication skills.

  9. A9. I think underselling yourself equates to imposter syndrome. We don't always feel that we are worth what we offer. I think for me getting a business coach like has helped me tremendously with that.

  10. A5a. Good listeners take good notes, and they ask better questions. You can also offer better feedback too.

  11. Q12. When you believe in yourself and know your worth, you can create greater value for others in your organization and in your life. What's your advice for professionals who want to show the most value to the people they serve?

  12. A11. Something I learned years ago. Confidence comes from smiling. Try it and practice often, it works. :) ☀️

  13. RT : They would have never ended up there if they listened to their inner-GPS! How do you override the confusion and tune in to your instincts?

  14. A8. This is partly true. You tend to gravitate to people with a similar NorthStar, value system, however, you will vary in tempo, work ethic, preferences, etc. which makes us human. Embrace those around you for who they are, it will make you a whole lot happier. ☀️

    A5. Active listening is paying attention to what that person is telling you. Let the person communicate with you. Let them say what is on their mind. Do not jump in or interrupt that person until they are finished.

  18. RT : A9a: Someone might undersell themselves if they aren't confidence in their own abilities. They might actually believe they're less than what they really are.

  19. A10. Confidence through your communication is more than just the words you use; it's also how you sound from voice pitch, tone and pauses, which all play a part in how you come across.
