    Seriously, any decision to make a movie from a franchise like RE that has been around for years should have a strict checklist & if it can't be done right, give it to someone else to do it. #

    Expectations are fairly low with video game adaptations, but RE should NOT be that hard to pull off. had a lot of potential, it captured the essence of the story from the games pretty well, but was so terribly put together and stale.

    With that being said, I'd 100% be down for them doing a follow up to if they have a bigger budget for some quality production and learn from the mistakes of the first. The cast was pretty solid and did a good job setting up the Code - Veronica arc.

    I just wish that if they make a sequel, they could somehow " fix" Wesker, and make him look like the VILLIAN he is in the games. Also, I truly hope that the sequel is a Code: Veronica adaptation, it would be a dream🥺.
