    This is horrific! Basically telling kids they may be removed from the home if they or their parents can’t pay their lunch debt. Nothing like adding stress to a family already trying to manage a tough financial situation.

    Rep. John Ragan says if parents aren't paying their kids' lunch debt, schools should be able to: -Require teens with jobs to pay the debt themselves or else be banned from activities, graduation -Tell parents they'll report them to DCS for abuse/neglect
