    His dad tells me Eli has finished all of his outpatient physical and speech therapy, and has a follow up CT scan this weekend. "Eli is so excited to pick up where he left off, to join his brother and other friends at college and to start the next phase in life‘s journey!"

    The man told police the truck appeared to have a light bar on the front grill. The man became suspicious of the situation and started videoing the encounter, which is when the man saying he was an officer drove off.

    POLICE IMPERSONATOR | Kenova, WV Police say they have received more reports of a man claiming to be an officer. Police tell me a man reported being pulled over by a man saying he was an officer. He was driving a dark gray Toyota Tacoma pickup truck on Route 75.

    He was reunited with the woman who saw the accident and stayed with him until the paramedics arrived. They were also reunited with Eli. Yesterday, 28 weeks to the day after the accident, Eli attended his first class at Eastern Kentucky University!
