  13. It’s ! But wetlands are more vulnerable today than they were a year ago. New EPA and Army Corps rules ignore basic science. Small streams and wetlands are critical to the health of our drinking water sources.

    "Mud puddles"?? Very disappointing. You are better than that mis-characterization. Water pollution is expensive and it's bad for the economy. No one wants to live near or recreate in polluted water.
