    Incredible investigative work happened here to make an arrest in the senseless murder of Jay Boughton. I've unfortunately covered too many driveby shoootings where an arrest is never made. Hear from some of Jay's friends about this development:

    Jay Boughton was shot and killed driving his son home from baseball in July. Police fielded 400 tips/spent 1500 hours on the investigation. They arrested a man in Chicago who will be extradited to MN to face murder charges. Reaction from Jay’s friends at 10 on
