    So broke electoral law on three counts, and the Electoral Commission advised them incorrectly on one count. So my question is: Was this all part of the plan, or merely an oversight? or not? Whatever the answer the was a Frauderendum. Re-run?

    Mr Smith - Can you understand English? The article says nothing of the sort. The High Court ruling maintains that through channelling campaign funds via to escape cap limits. If we were we would be very worried about the consequences.

    That is a gross misinterpretation of today’s High Court ruling, which upheld that it was illegal for to “channel” campaign spending through Darren Grimes’ outfit. The ruling was that Electoral Commision should not have advised it was OK.
