    This is ACME Farm Supply. Before you transit tax supporters moved here it was real, not a multi-level shit show for tourists who drink Hurricanes out of plastic cups. I'd take my dog to their weekend flea bath; we'd walk along the river after.

    It then became Merchant's Lunch, then Merchants restaurant. It had a creaky bar, wood floors, room rent by the hour, and I used to play there in crappy bands. Authentic, and still there. But what grew up around it is fake and for tourists only.

    Businesses on Gallatin Pike, Murfreesboro Pike, Charlotte Ave., & Nolensville Pike should be concerned w/ the effects losing turn lanes, but also the use eminent domain to widen the existing roads. Many businesses will lose parking & may have to relocate!

    We keep hearing people say, “I don’t like this plan, but we need to do something.” We agree that we need to do something, but it is crazy to suggest that there is no other plan that can work for Nashville. Let’s create a plan that benefits everyone in Nashville.

    How likely will it be that the Nashville light rail 🚇 will be on time, on budget, on spec? There are so many other cheaper options that help solve congestion issues.

    Blaming the schools director for scaling back needed programs because they don't have money--while pushing a $9 Billion Dollar "Transit Plan" that benefits only a few downtown? This continued lack of priorities, folks...

    We'd like to see the transit plan that isn't being nearly entirely bankrolled by people who profit hugely from real estate. B/c the current one ain't it.

    If you’ve ever had to haul groceries on the bus, then you know folks are not giving up their cars.

    The transit plan is a DISASTER — a crony payola project supported by special interests that will NOT decrease traffic, will HURT low- and mid-income households, and will drain resources FOREVER.
